- Myofascial Release is the modality of choice in our office for its proven effectiveness. All treatments are one-on-one, hands-on sessions with all attention on you. For women during their childbearing years, we integrate a variety of holistic birth services to support this special time in their lives.

- Prenatal Care Prenatal bodywork is one of the most safe and natural ways to reduce stress and anxiety in the pregnant woman so that fetal growth can flourish in a healthy in utero environment. Many of the common discomforts of pregnancy can be relieved with therapeutic bodywork. Safe bodywork for the pelvis increases awareness in and around the pelvic floor muscles to optimize Kegel strengthening exercies in preparation for bearing down and postpartum recovery. A woman should enjoy every moment of her pregnancy so that she can prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for the birth of her baby.
- Labor Support ~ Doula Touch during labor is an effective method for reducing pain and promoting a natural, speedier delivery. Massage, Myofascial Release, and other relaxation techniques have the powerful ability to ease the mind/body so that the laboring woman can remain calm and focused. The support that a loved one can offer during this experience can create a joyous and positive birthing experience for all. Labor Support Classes are designed for the expectant mother to attend with her birth partner to become more educated on the what is normal during labor and what simple things they can do to enhance the experience. We also invite woman to learn more about having a Doula present at the birth.
- Postpartum Care ~ Breastfeeding Physiological changes during pregnancy and labor continue well beyond the 6-week mark of the delivery. Myofascial Release techniques performed specifically to address the postpartum period can help to restore posture, normalize body systems and functions, and strengthen weakened abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. To promote breastfeeding success, myofascial techniques and massage for the chest muscles and breast tissue are used to increase circulation and fluidity of the milk ducts, mammary glands, etc. If a C-Section was performed, releasing the Cesarean scar once healed can prevent future fascial restrictions from creating pain and dysfunction elsewhere in the body.

- Myofascial Stretching - Group Class
This group myofascial stretching class is ideal for self care and stress management at home, at work, and in between private treatment sessions. Small balls, foam rollers and other props are used to release areas of tightness in the body, increase range of motion, and improve circulation. Techniques are designed for the purpose of promoting and maintaining movement, health and well-being. This is not an exercise class, yet a means to enhance your ability to function better while doing physical activities, such as Yoga, Pilates, Weight Lifting, Running, Golf etc. It is requested that new clients schedule our free initial consultation before attending class so we our familiar with any medical conditions and your treatment goals. Class Size is Limited to Six (6) Participants. All ages are welcome. Class length is 1 hour.
- Myofascial Stretching - Private Class
Our myofascial stretching class in private format will teach you a variety of techniques that you can do at home to release areas of tightness in the body, increase range of motion, and improve circulation. We will work one-on-one with you targeting specific areas of pain or restriction you may be experiencing. Self care techniques utilize a small ball, foam roller and other props, as necessary. It is requested that new clients schedule our free initial consultation before registering for this private class so we our familiar with any medical conditions and your treatment goals. All ages are welcome. Class length is 45 minutes.
- Labor Support - Group Class
Expectant mothers past 32-weeks gestation bring their birth partner to learn a variety of methods to ease labor pain and enhance the birth experience in any setting. The class is designed to support the natural birth process and the innate wisdom of the mother's body to know what to do to deliver her baby. Myofascial Release and traditional massage techniques will be demonstrated in a variety of positions with and without a birthing ball. Fascinating birth information will be woven into each class to educate women and their partners on this incredible, normal life experience. This is not a childbirth prep class. Medical clearance from your midwife or physician may be required. Class size is limited to three (3) couples. Class length is 1 hour.
- Labor Support - Private Class
Our labor support class in a private format for one expectant mother past 32-weeks gestation and her birth partner. The couple is welcome to invite up to three (3) guests to join them in their class. It is highly recommended though that these guests are invited because the mother is planning to have them with her in her birthing room. This is not a childbirth prep class. Medical clearance from your midwife or physician may be required. Class length is 1.5 hours.
